Asian Inspired Nourish Bowl
INGREDIENTS
Baked Veggies Marinade
2 tbsp Niulife Naked Cocomino sauce
1/2 tsp freshly ground ginger
1 tbsp minced garlic
2 tsp sesame oil
salt + pepper

Baked Tofu Marinade
1 tbsp peanut butter
1 1/2 tbsp Niulife Naked Cocomino sauce
1/2 tbsp lime juice
salt + pepper
.
METHOD
- Whisk all veggie marinade ingredients together and marinade veggies of choice in the mixture.
- Bake in oven at 180°C until crispy.
- Whisk all tofu marinade ingredients together and coat tofu blocks with marinade for at least 30min (or even overnight).
- Bake in oven at oven at 180°C until crispy.
- Combine veggies and tofu in a bowl and enjoy!
