Creamy Miso Tahini Oats
BASE INGREDIENTS:
1/2 cup rolled oats
2 tsp brown rice miso
1 cup plant mylk
1/2 tbsp maple syrup
1 tbsp hemp seeds

CARAMELISED FRUITS INGREDIENTS:
1 tbsp Niulife Organic Coconut Ghee
2 tsp cinnamon
1 nectarine, sliced
1 banana, slices

TO SERVE
2 tbsp Tahini
.
METHOD:
Cook the oats, miso, mylk, maple syrup and hemp seeds on medium heat continuously stirring for 10 minutes. Meanwhile, heat up a grill pan to high and grease the pan with Niulife Organic Coconut Ghee. Place your fruit slices, add the cinnamon and let sizzle and caramelize nicely. Once the oats are done, transfer to a bowl, add the caramelised fruits and drizzle the tahini.
