Mushroom no-Meat Balls
Quick tasty, healthy, meaty (without the meat) bite-size morsels of yumminess when you want to just curl up on the lounge in front of the telly or serve as canapés to your posh friends when they come to dinner. Pack the left-overs (if you're lucky to have any) for next day's lunch with a side salad. These will soon become a weekly staple in any home for the whole family to enjoy.
