Raw Bounty Bliss Balls

INGREDIENTS

1 cup Niulife Organic Desiccated Coconut

2 tbs Niulife Organic Coconut Syrup

2 tbs Niulife Organic Coconut Milk Powder

1 cup almond meal

2 scoops of your fave protein powder

1/3 cup cocao nibs

2 tbs chia seeds

1 tsp vanilla extract

2 tbs hot water

2 tbs cold water

METHOD

  1. In a small bowl mix the milk powder with the hot water until the powder dissolves and you’re left with a thick creamy coconut milk.
  2. In a separate bowl, combine desiccated coconut, almond meal, protein powder, cacao nibs and chia seeds.
  3. Add the coconut milk, coconut syrup and vanilla extract to the dry ingredients and mix thoroughly.
  4. Roll into balls and dust with cacao powder.
