Superfood Turmeric Porridge

Ingredients

1/3 cup rolled oats

1 cup filtered water

1 tbsp hempseed protein powder

Pinch turmeric powder

Pinch cinnamon

1 tbsp Niulife MCT Oil

Pinch stevia

Topping

2 tbsp Niulife coconut flakes

2 tbsp chopped almonds

Handful blueberries

3 strawberries, chopped

Method

1. Bring water to the boil in a saucepan over medium heat and add the oats, protein powder, turmeric, cinnamon and stevia and combine well. Cook the porridge for 5 minutes or until it thickens

2. Transfer the porridge into a bowl and sprinkle the blueberries, coconut flakes, almonds and strawberries on top

3. Serve and enjoy!
