Vegan Fysh Sashimi

Ingredients
200g of firm mango cheek, sliced
¼ teaspoon fresh ginger, grated
2 tablespoons lime juice
Red chilli, sliced (to taste)
½ teaspoon coconut sugar
1 teaspoon
Niulife Cocomino Fysh Sauce
1 teaspoon spring onion
1 tablespoon coconut cream
1 teaspoon mint for garnish
Pearls of 1 finger lime
Method
Combine ginger, lime juice, chilli, Niulife Cocomino Fysh Sauce, spring onion and coconut sugar in a small bowl. Arrange the mango slices on a plate. Spoon on dressing, finger lime pearls, mint and coconut cream.
